What format does the training have?
The program is 100% online and includes 7 video courses. Each lesson features a self-assessment test and practical materials. You will also find personal workbooks.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the courses?
Yes. Once you complete all 7 courses, you will receive an official Virtuous Leadership certificate that proves you have completed the training.
How much time do I need to complete the training?
Each course contains around 2 hours of video, plus personal reflection and workbook activities. You can follow the program at your own pace.
Can I access the content anytime?
Yes, you will have access to all courses and materials for one year from the date of enrollment.
What do I need to follow the training?
Only a device with an internet connection. No prior leadership experience is required.
